I’m in town visiting my boyfriend from Orlando, Florida. He knows I’m a bit of foodie and said this was a good place to check out. The food here did not disappoint! We both ordered mocktails, can’t remember the name of the one he ordered but I ordered the mocktail version of the Sleepy Hollow. I got the Pancetta Dip with the side house salad which was absolutely delicious and fresh. I finished with the Basque Pumpkin Cheesecake. When we’re together I try not to be on my phone so much otherwise I would have taken more pictures. In short the food here is amazing with great quality ingredients and the service is just as wonderful as the atmosphere and aesthetic. Highly recommend for those visiting from out of town and want high end cuisine.

My wife and I went to an early dinner here at about 5pm. There was no wait, we ordered the biscuits as a starter and their burger and skirt steak. My wife ordered her steak medium rare and that's how it showed up, I ordered my burger medium well and there was a little pink in the middle like there should be. Both entries were very good We ended the meal with a slice of cheesecake that was really good too. The staff were nice and attentive, and our food arrived pretty fast. Its a nice place for lunch or Dinner. Upscale casual is how I viewed Percy.

Another place we selected during our trip because of the wife's always thorough pre-trip research. Good call by her, without a doubt. The place was packed when we got in, so we were obviously in the right place to be. We were lucky and got a couple of bar seats. Will was our primary bartender (although we met a friend of a friend behind the bar later during our dinner). Spotless service, great personality. Wife had the Black Lotus drink, and it was...amazing. Not too sweet, like she prefers. I had the Highlander "Salmon" IPA. There was nothing fishy about its great taste, and I loved it. I guess we continued the salmon theme by ordering the salmon toast. Ridiculous, and a perfect start to the meal. For the mains, she got the pappardelle, I had to try the burger. Both were fantastic. I am known to rank my burgers, and it does indeed make an appearance on the list. The salmon starter still might have won the overall food battle for my visit though. One other thing, I love hot sauce, especially house hot sauce, and fun things to dip my fries in. They supplied three containers of awesomeness. No TV's to watch sports, but the overall experience and atmosphere, along with the flawless service make you not need them anyway. Everything was tasty, described accurately, and efficiently delivered. The place has energy without bordering on obnoxious. It balances perfectly going to a nice, classy meal or just going out for some drinks and fun. This was one of our favorite stops during the trip. I highly recommend stopping by here, and see you there (the next time I am in Boise)...

Random date night landed us here and it was sooo yummy! We shared the grilled artichoke (hands down, best we have EVER eaten!) and the Shaved Brussels Salad. Mmmm, both were delicious. Hubby ordered the Steak Frites and I ordered the Skirt Steak. Again, both were phenomenal. For dessert, we had the peach and blackberry crisp with a delectable crust that only dreams are made of. All in all, the patio was pleasant, the service was superb, and the food was excellent.

I went here for my anniversary this weekend and we had a very good time. It was easy to make a reservation online, which included the option of adding food allergies. Our server and his orientee confirmed this before we ate, which I appreciated. We got seated promptly. The environment is very beautiful and I liked the staff as well. We ordered the Percy Potatoes and were not expecting them to come out with sauce, and they were very strong smelling. It turns out that it is the black garlic, which was delicious, but the sauce part was not super clear on the menu. The aioli did help cut that flavor profile quite a bit. They were rich and great tasting. Our server Bradley was excellent and gave us great advice on what drinks to get as mocktails, and what to avoid. My bf had the Sea Witch cocktail, which was pretty interesting and flavorful. I had the Double Knot and it was decent, but not my thing. Later I had the Lucky Pique mocktail (fine but not exceptional) & he got the Say When mocktail (I regret not ordering 5 of them, so good). The entrees were enjoyable. I had the salmon, and I love salmon... it was perfectly cooked and the couscous was good. I feel like the salmon and the sauce did not have a very complicated flavor profile, and it was kind of tame. I'm not saying it was bad, but the salmon didn't have a ton of spice and neither did the sauce, and I kind of like punchier things with fish. He ordered the skirt steak medium rare, which came closer to rare but was still great. The winner of our entire meal (we both feel like) was the cheesy green chili rice. If you like salsa verde and cheese, it almost tasted like a risotto with spice and cheese... but it was pretty amazing. I could eat that every day and be completely happy. He ordered the brownie cheesecake for dessert with the salted caramel sauce, and I don't really love cheesecake but it was fabulous. I got the coconut cake with lemon curd, and I feel like it didn't even need the lemon curd. The tartness was almost too much, but the coconut frosting is amazing and not super sweet, which I loved. Overall I was happy with the dinner, the service was fabulous, but I do kind of regret my choices. I think anyone should try it, it's a beautiful place and it was great for a date, but your mileage may vary. Everyone has different preferences and likes different flavors, and this was just my experience.
